Special Orders
If you do not find a color pattern or choice that meets your needs, or if you are needing to match a specific color scheme, (example: wedding or home décor matching), we welcome you to e-mail us with your requests or visit our Contact page to complete our request for information form.

Order Time
We strive to produce your finished products within 2 weeks. However, from June 1st – Aug 15th and Nov. 15th to December 25th, please allow 3 -4 week production time due to heavier order volume. We will notify you by e-mail on receipt of your order and again when we are ready to ship.

Payment Method
We utilize Paypal as a secure way to make your purchases. Paypal allows you to use the major credit card of your choice. Further you do not have to be a Paypal member to order from Radiance.

Returns
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us by phone or e-mail. At that time, we will provide you with return info. Please review care guidelines for your products. We can not be responsible for items that have been damaged by misuse or by not following care guidelines. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone.

Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are as follows:
